It is with great pleasure that I introduce Mr. José Vale our Chief Financial Officer and a key member of the Board of Investors at PGA Consultoria.

 

José joined PGA following a long and distinguished career in finance marked by a rare combination of technical excellence and entrepreneurial vision. Our paths crossed through shared projects in financial structuring and business strategy and it quickly became clear that his insight and leadership would be indispensable to our continued growth. A graduate in Business Management from ISCTE José brings nearly 25 years of experience across audit corporate finance and strategic advisory. He began his professional journey at KPMG then moved on to high-level roles as advisor and management controller to executive boards in leading firms such as ONI SIBS UNICRE and TOTAL.I

 

n the past decade and a half José has successfully co-founded and managed businesses in both the finance and technology sectors, namely Plater Finance and OutScope. Demonstrating a unique ability to bridge operational detail with strategic execution. His commitment to continuous learning led him to complete the prestigious PADE – Advanced Management Program at AESE Business School in 2021.

 

Today as CFO of PGA Consultoria and advisor to multiple companies including Doutor Finanças Empresas José, plays a central role in shaping our financial direction risk governance and investment strategy. His contribution as a trainer and mentor further underscores his dedication to strengthening Portugal’s financial ecosystem. We are proud to have him as a trusted partner and an integral part of our leadership team.
