António Mata

I am honored to introduce Eng. António Mata, a distinguished member of our Board of Investors and a Founding Partner and President of the Board of Iperplano SA. With more than three decades of experience in civil engineering,
   
Eng. Mata has built his career around Project Management and Construction Coordination & Supervision, with completed projects across residential, hospitality, industrial and retail developments. 

His path began on the construction site as a works director, evolved through a design phase specialized in hydraulics and structural engineering, both reinforced concrete and metallic structures, and matured into project management at the highest level, including administration roles in real estate development companies and the vice-presidency of the engineering and architecture group from which Iperplano was later spun off. 

Beyond Portugal, Eng. Mata has maintained a continuous presence of more than two decades in Angola, with further work in Cape Verde and Mozambique.

Eng. Mata's career exemplifies engineering discipline, operational steadiness and the ability to navigate the full life-cycle of a development, from design to delivery. These qualities align seamlessly with the values upheld by PGA Consultoria, and his deep technical authority and cultural fluency across the Portuguese-speaking world make him an invaluable asset to our board and a trusted partner for the projects we are building together.
